Nationwide Shipping: We offer shipping across Canada, ensuring that no matter where you are, you have access to our products.
Delivery Timeline: Typically, orders are delivered within 2-5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your specific location, especially for remote areas.
Shipping Cost
Standard Fees: Regular shipping is available at $19.99, while Express shipping is offered at $24.99 to southern provinces. Northern Provinces and Territories are charged $24.99 for standard and $32.99 for Express shipping.
Free Shipping: We provide free shipping on all orders over $150 to southern provinces and $200 to northern Provinces and Territories, making bulk purchases more economical for you.
Shipping Insurance
Insurance Coverage: Shipping insurance is strongly recommended. In the event a carrier officially confirms a package as lost, we will reship the order only if shipping insurance was purchased and proof of loss is provided by the carrier. No exceptions. Shipping insurance does not apply if you decided to abandon your package or failed to pick it up.
Courier Liability: Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the courier. If a package is delayed or marked as lost, the customer must contact the courier directly to initiate an investigation.
Order Processing
Cut-off Times: Orders processed before 8 PM EST are shipped the same day, ensuring that your products are on their way to you as soon as possible.
Business Days: Our shipping operates from Monday to Friday, allowing for a consistent and reliable delivery schedule.
Order Tracking
Instant Updates: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Real-Time Tracking: Use this number to track your order’s progress on the courier’s website to get real-time updates on its location and estimated delivery time.
Lost Packages & Delivery Delays
Lost Packages: We are not responsible for packages lost after they have been dropped off with the shipping company. Without shipping insurance, lost parcels are not eligible for replacement or store credit.
Courier Delays: Delivery timelines are provided by the carrier and are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions or other factors outside of our control. Please contact the carrier directly if your package is delayed.

Missing or Damaged Items
Reporting Window: Any missing or damaged items must be reported to us within 48 hours of package delivery. Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be eligible for review.
Resolution: Approved claims for missing or damaged items qualify for store credit and/or a replacement at our discretion. Proof of damage or missing items (photos and packaging) may be required to process the claim.
